The Body Wisdom Class is a free online class where we explore how to work with the body in a simple, practical way.

Together, we work with gentle movement, breathing, and awareness-based exercises to create more ease, resilience, and connection in daily life.

All bodies are welcome. Most of the practices can be done seated and adapted to your needs.
